Before you book.
Is the ICN–US connection included in the Shanghai quote?
Not automatically. Identify SFO, LAX or EWR as the final point and confirm the YP document change, onward charges and cargo acceptance separately.
Are the sheet’s schedules and transit references live?
The sheet introduces products, not live inventory. Daily departures and one-day or 7–10-day references depend on dates, cargo, clearance and connections. Confirm them in the written quotation and booking.
Are customs and delivery included?
Scope differs by product. Confirm main freight, handling, onward transport, customs, pickup or delivery, chargeable weight and validity before comparing rates.
