Before you book.
Do the 1:300 and 1:500 tiers apply to every shipment?
No. Provide actual weight, volume and shipping date so the team can confirm eligibility and the written charging basis.
Are the sheet’s schedules and transit references live?
The sheet introduces products, not live inventory. Daily departures and one-day or 7–10-day references depend on dates, cargo, clearance and connections. Confirm them in the written quotation and booking.
Are customs and delivery included?
Scope differs by product. Confirm main freight, handling, onward transport, customs, pickup or delivery, chargeable weight and validity before comparing rates.
